- Lacking a sounding board and needing space, time and a thinking partner to explore what's on their mind and heart
- Feeling the weight that comes with leadership and wanting to lead with more ease and clarity
- Sensing that their strengths aren't fully available to them, some perhaps underused, some overused, or both
- Feeling stuck in a rigid environment and wanting to develop options for more flexibility
- Struggling with confidence, trying to deal with an inner critic and wanting to develop their way of being present and own their voice
The journey
Every coaching journey is different, and coaching with me won't give you a script, a five-step plan, another framework or a quick fix.
What it offers goes beyond: dedicated time and space to pause, explore, and gain clarity. Honest, confidential conversations that surface assumptions, blind spots and patterns that no longer work. Room to be curious, to let new ideas come up and experiment with fresh approaches. An opportunity to develop as a person and a leader, for sustainable change and growth.
